Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ink Drip Co, we want your drip to fit perfectly. If something’s off, we’ve got you covered — but please read the policy carefully before raising a request.

Order Cancellation

We get started on your order pretty quickly — especially because many products are printed specifically for you.

Please read the cancellation policy carefully:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order
  • Once your product enters printing/production, cancellations will not be possible
  • Printed-on-demand/customized items cannot be cancelled after production begins
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Ink Drip Co reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once processing has started

If you need help with cancelling an order, please contact our support team ASAP with your Order ID.

Eligible for Exchange

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged/defective product received

If your order has any of the above issues, you must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

No Returns or Exchanges For

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference changes
  • Design/print preference changes
  • Ordering the wrong item yourself
  • Minor color differences caused by screen/display settings

Please double-check your size and design before placing your order.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Product should be in resellable condition

Any used, damaged, or altered product will not be accepted.

Proof Required

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please share:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Package label image
  • Order ID

This helps us process your request faster.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever available
  • If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product

Customers are requested to pack products properly to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The requested replacement product is unavailable
  • A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchange Processing Time

Once the returned product passes quality check, your replacement order will be processed within 3–7 business days.
